2015 Felt Bicycles Virtue 3

Lightweight carbon frame, check. Fast 29-inch wheels, check. Efficient suspension, check. Felt's Virtue 3 checks all the boxes for a great all-mountain bike. It starts with 130mm of Felt's Equilink suspension that smooths big and small bumps with equal ease, yet remains unaffected by pedaling forces. Up front, the 140mm-travel RockShox fork tames the rocks and roots so you can point and go. The big 29-inch WTB Speed Disc rims with meaty Schwalbe tires fly over obstacles and dial up the fun meter. Adding to that is a great 2 x 10-speed drivetrain from Shimano while Shimano discs dole out loads of power. And to complete its all-mountain resume, KS's eTen dropper post lets you drop in on new lines, attack the trail, and keep your flow.

Great full suspension bike for hawaii right out of the box, incredibly easy maintenance of rear linkage, and suspension setup is a snap. Equilink suspension works amazingly well, but I've found that the chain wears a little quicker than other setups. It handles everything I've thrown at it on the trail!
