Your little guy will be exhausted and happy after an afternoon on his Schwinn Gremlin. Its rugged steel frame has a low stand-over height for easy on and off. The sturdy wheels sport grippy tires, and a simple one-speed drivetrain with coaster brake provides easy control and loads of fun. Plus, the training wheels provide the confidence he needs to get rolling. With racy graphics, a sporty fender, and even a race number, your little speedster won’t be able to wait for your next trip to the park.
I bought the 2010 model for my son...He liked the paint scheme, and I wanted a bile that would last! The bike is solid, and worked well with training wheels. When my son was ready to ditch the training wheels this bike stood up to the challenge. It might have a few dings and scrapes from him learning to ride, but it works 100% We've even hit some rail trails with and without training wheels and the bike performed very well. I replaced the stock saddle (plastic-vinyl) for one with a bit more grip. Stock saddle would be slick with certain fabrics. Much better than any "big box" 1st bike.
